Child predators have a range of identities.  They are not only the perverted strangers and acquaintanices of children.  They are also the parents, friends, neighbors, etc. that decides they want to take a child for themselves.  For example, a woman than can't have children or a parent with custody isssues.  In other words all predators don't wish to harm children, not physically anyway.  These type of pedators don't consider the emotional harm a child will go through being separated from the gardian they've known.  They don't consider the pain the child will face if they are taken at infancy, then later have to face the fact that they were taken.
